Contemporary Dining · Sydney
An evening worth
remembering.
Seasonal produce. Open flame. Contemporary Australian dining.
The restaurant
Built around the season.
NOIR is a fictional contemporary Australian restaurant centred around seasonal produce, open-fire cooking and an evolving menu. What arrives in the morning decides what is written on the board that night.
The room is small on purpose. Long evenings, low light, and a kitchen you can hear from every table.

Dining with us
Dining with us.
Most of the menu can be adjusted. Vegetarian and vegan versions of the tasting menu are written each season, and a majority of à la carte dishes can be prepared gluten-free.
Dishes carry short labels — V vegetarian, VG vegan, GF gluten-free — alongside their written description, never colour alone.
Please include dietary requirements when making your reservation.
Concept content. As a fictional venue, NOIR makes no allergy or medical safety claims.
